We do accept exchange but not refund. For that reason, we suggest you to check out our size chart. If you ever need help, do not hesitate to contact us at: newkears@gmail.com or @newkears on IG. We will be more than welcome to help you. 🌈

EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanging with us, is very simple !

You have 30 days after receiving your swimsuit to contact us to do the exchange.

We need to know

Your order number
Your full name
The product you want to exchange
Which one you want instead and in which size.

You just send us the product and when we receive it, we will accept the exchange and we will send you the new one.

*Please note that your swimsuit should not have been worn, used or washed. If we receive a swimsuit that is not in its original condition we will not be able to accept it and it will be returned to you at your own cost.
